Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Sevn. By creating an account or using it, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use Sevn.

Eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or guardian, and by using Sevn you confirm that you do. You are responsible for your account and for everything that happens under it, so keep your login credentials secure.

What Sevn is. Sevn is an independent study aid. It is not the IB, your school, or your teacher, and it does not replace any of them. It does not guarantee any grade, mark, or result. It is a tool to help you learn, and it should be used as one.

Accuracy. Sevn is powered by AI, which can produce information that is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for verifying anything that matters against your official syllabus, mark schemes, teacher, or textbook. Do not rely on Sevn’s output as authoritative.

Academic integrity. You are responsible for using Sevn in accordance with your school’s and the IB’s academic-honesty rules. Sevn is created to teach and coach you, not to complete assessed work on your behalf, and you may not use it to submit work dishonestly.

Acceptable use. You may not attempt to extract, copy, or reverse-engineer Sevn’s prompts, models, or underlying instructions; interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it; use it for any unlawful purpose; or resell, redistribute, or repackage it.

Ownership. You retain ownership of the work you submit to Sevn, and you grant us permission to process it in order to run and improve Sevn. Sevn itself, including its software, design, tutoring content, and branding, remains our property, and you may not copy or reuse it beyond your personal use of it.

Suspension and termination. We may suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including where someone breaches these terms, misuses Sevn, or where we otherwise consider it necessary. We are not obliged to provide notice or a reason.

Availability and liability. Sevn is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or unchanged. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, or for any examination result, arising from your use of Sevn. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is unaffected.

Ending your use. You may stop using Sevn and delete your account at any time.

Changes. We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the date above, and your continued use of Sevn constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
